Nicole’s passion for Myotherapy and interest in musculoskeletal issues stems from her background as an elite athlete and her understanding of the demands this places on the human body.

She has an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and recently completed a Bachelor of Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana where she held a full scholarship for track and field.

As a track and field athlete, Nicole has experienced her fair share of injuries, and it’s through these experiences, in addition to her formal qualifications that has allowed Nicole to become a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the complexities of human anatomy and reducing pain and discomfort in the body.

She has extensive knowledge of human anatomy and is dedicated to both injury prevention and rehabilitation. Nicole’s interest in developing treatment plans is based on tapping into the body’s natural ability to heal itself with the assistance of massage and musculoskeletal therapy, helping to restore balance and flexibility. She has a hands-on approach to treatment, including a range of soft tissue techniques and dry needling. She is vibrant, caring and dedicated to building a rapport with her clients.
