Sarah Kenner is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to reducing pain and discomfort in your body. She loves making a difference to people’s quality of life, both physically and mentally using remedial massage, myotherapy and other techniques that help your body to heal naturally. Sarah works with you to reduce pain, increase function and ultimately reach your goals that were once thought to be unreachable – a task that Sarah finds incredibly worthwhile and rewarding.

Your movement, mindset and self-care are paramount and can unlock the potential you have to live an incredible life.

Sarah has been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years and has been a practicing Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist for over  9 years.

Sarah has always been interested in the way that the body works and how it can reach peak performance. She has spent a large portion of her life as a dancer and has competed at state level in calisthenics, as well as competing in swimming, running and athletics at an elite level also. She then went on to become a Pilates instructor before moving into the field of massage and myotherapy.

Before moving into remedial massage Sarah had completed a Bachelor degree in exercise and sport science. This alongside her strong history with dance, sports and athletics has given her great insights into helping people who need to perform at their best.

After graduating from RMIT university in Melbourne Sarah set about helping people to improve their pain and enhance their quality of life through bodywork. Her love of the human body and how it works takes her on a new journey with every client and she loves to solve the puzzle of your pain and get you feeling your best again. You can also expect that when you see Sarah she will empower you to understand how your own body works and give you a set of exercises and techniques to help you heal faster.
