Banana and Passionfruit Super Food Smoothie Recipe

Passionfruit Banana Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie will give your immune system a good poke and is full of bowel cleansing fibre. Maca is great for the endocrine system and the chia seeds provide omega 3. Enjoy!

In a high speed blender place:

2 Passionfruit

1 banana

1/4 avocado

1tsp maca

1tsp chia seeds

1tsp bee pollen

1 cup almond or rice milk

Handful of ice

 

Blend  until super smooth and top with extra passionfruit.
