Founder
Katherine is a Bachelor qualified naturopath and western herbalist with over 14 years of experience. She is the founder and director of Shift at Brisbane Natural Health and the principal naturopath. Katherine’s passion lies in educating patients about their health.
Naturopath
Vanessa Cobern is a Bachelor qualified naturopath who has been fascinated with natural medicine from a young age and is a firm believer in the importance of a holistic approach to good health which incorporates the balance of body, mind and soul. To achieve balance in all of these areas, Vanessa uses a range of herbal and nutritional therapies, together with personalized lifestyle recommendations.

Bronte is a Bachelor qualified Naturopath that is passionate about supporting individuals from all walks of life with the utmost of care. She believes that everyone deserves to have health autonomy and be provided with the education and support required to improve their quality of life.
Qualified Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Georgie Smith brings over a decade of healthcare expertise to our practice. Graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture in 2010, Georgie's journey in healthcare began as a midwife for 10 years before delving into natural health care. With a master's degree in reproductive health, she specializes in fertility acupuncture, pregnancy care, menopause, and women's health issues. Combining her background as a registered nurse and midwife with her proficiency in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Georgie offers compassionate support to women and couples on their path to parenthood, guiding them through conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.
Acupuncturist
Jarrah Crabtree's passion for acupuncture and Chinese medicine began in his youth, as he was always drawn to holistic healing and the natural world. In his late teens and early twenties, he discovered Taoism and its profound philosophy, which emphasizes harmony with the natural flow of life. This ancient wisdom resonated deeply with him and inspired his journey into acupuncture. He found that Chinese medicine, much like Taoism, is rooted in the rhythms of nature, focusing on restoring balance within the body and its connection to the environment
