Vanessa Cobern is a Bachelor qualified naturopath who has been fascinated with natural medicine from a young age and is a firm believer in the importance of a holistic approach to good health which incorporates the balance of body, mind and soul. To achieve balance in all of these areas, Vanessa uses a range of herbal and nutritional therapies, together with personalized lifestyle recommendations.
Melissa has completed studies in Naturopathy (BHSc) and yoga instructing (RYT). With a background in the study of psychology (BAPsych), she weaves together these three areas of wellbeing through individualised conditions and treatment plans. Melissa devotes time to educating each person on ways to improve their own individual health journey and learn about themselves. This is to ensure positive changes occur in their overall wellness, as well as improving quality of life.
Melissa embraces research-based methods of scientific and traditional evidence for utilising tools such as: herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and iridology in holistic treatments. She aims for a warm, soothing, and encouraging environment, and finds joy and fulfillment in watching others grow.
Lorraine has been practicing naturopathy for over 20 years. In her years of practice she has helped thousands of people to heal using naturopathic medicine. She has supported patients with gut health issues (IBS, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, etc), women’s health issues (PCOS, endometriosis, period pain, irregular cycles etc), sleep issues, anxiety, depression, autoimmune disease and general diet and nutritional support since 1998.
Ava is a doctor of Chinese medicine and acupuncture. She helps patients with issues like fertility, hormonal imbalance, gut complaints, fatigue, and more using a holistic framework to healing.
Ava is a Tui Na Massage practitioner. Her treatments help to get into deep muscular tension and she may also utilise acupuncture needling and cupping in her treatments.
Makensi has been working in the health industry for over 11 years where she has helped people with nutrition and lifestyle advice as well as emotional and spiritual issues. Makensi has an impressive amount of qualifications, with a Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine as well as several emotional healing modalities including Body Talk, Holographic Kinetics and Veltheim Method Lymphatic Drainage.
